About Lot Rent Watch
Over 295,000 Florida households live on land they rent. Lot rent is the biggest cost they can't control, and the history of increases is scattered across paper notices in kitchen drawers.
What we do
We start from the official list of every mobile home park licensed by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), then add lot rent and increase history one verified source at a time. Listing sites show today's asking rent; paid industry databases sell the data to owners. We keep it free for residents.
Our rules
- No invented or estimated rents. Ever.
- Every figure links to its source type and date.
- Residents' identities are never published.
- This is information, not legal advice. For Chapter 723 disputes, contact DBPR or a Florida attorney.
Sponsor Lot Rent Watch
Lot Rent Watch is free and stays free. Sponsorships from resident associations, Florida attorneys, insurers, and housing nonprofits pay for hosting and verification. Sponsors never influence data, and sponsor placements are always labeled.
