Privacy

What this site uses today

• No advertising cookies or third-party analytics tags are installed on these pages right now.
• The park list comes from the Florida DBPR Mobile Home Projects public file. Park names, addresses, lot counts, and license numbers on those records are public.
• Cloudflare (our host) may process standard server logs such as IP address and user-agent to keep the site online and secure.

Rent submissions

If you use the submit form, you may send a park identifier, rent amounts, an effective date, what is included, how you know the figure, and an optional email so we can follow up to verify. Submissions are for manual review only. Nothing is published automatically, and we do not publish your email, name, or unit number.

Saving submissions needs a storage binding that is not enabled yet. Until it is, the form returns a "not open yet" message and does not keep what you typed.
