Terms & disclaimer

Lot Rent Watch publishes information about Florida mobile home parks. It is not a law firm, not a government agency, and not legal advice.

What the data is

  • Park identity fields (name, address, county, lots, DBPR project and file numbers, status) come from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation public mobile home projects file.
  • Lot rent and increase figures appear only when we have a source. Every park starts as Unverified. We do not invent or estimate rents.
  • Four DBPR rows without a usable city/county are omitted from the browseable site so we do not invent locations.

Your responsibility

Before you buy, move, renew a lease, or dispute a rent increase, verify figures with your park, your lease or prospectus, and — for Chapter 723 questions — the Florida DBPR or a Florida attorney. News quotes and operator ads can be incomplete or out of date.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to harass residents or park staff, to scrape in ways that break another site's rules, or to republish unverified rents as if they were confirmed. Sponsor placements, when offered, are labeled and do not change how rents are verified.

Florida public records

Prospectuses and related filings for parks with 26 or more lots are generally public records. If Lot Rent Watch later requests copies, those requests will identify the project and stay within ordinary public-records practice. No requests have been filed yet.
